The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced people all over the world to live a stalemate that has transformed our daily lives and has severely damaged our economies.
People, after living a very long self-isolation period, are willing to get back to normal life. But the risk of having a new pandemic is still very high. The rapid spread of the novel coronavirus has made practices like social or physical distancing and regular sanitation an integral part of daily life. Shiny surfaces such as plastic, stainless steel, benchtops, and likely glass can support infectious virus, expelled in droplets, for up to 72 hours. To avoid the risk of contamination, ordinary cleaning service is not effective!

However, how periodic sanitation of public and crowded places can be carried out?

In order to give a real answer to this question, Klaster has developed SANICOBOT, an intelligent robotic system that sanitizes public places autonomously, even in the presence of people. This project met the collaboration of Salvatore Fucci.

AUTOMA was born in September 2020, thanks to a group of determined entrepreneurs who, even more in sight of the actual emergency situation, identify digital progress and robotics as an basic necessity. The company's core business is the creation and marketing of autonomous and collaborative robots operating in the field of services and industrial processes.
